Our mission is to address the unique challenges faced by women domestic workers and other vulnerable groups, including elderly women and adolescents, by providing resources, advocacy, and support. We believe that meaningful change can only occur by addressing gender inequalities at their roots and creating a community that values inclusivity, respect, and empowerment for all.
Prayaas envisions a society where every woman, regardless of her socio-economic background, lives a life free from violence, discrimination, and isolation. We strive to uplift and empower women domestic workers, championing their rights, well-being, and dignity in both private and public spheres.
